Connolly Ranch Field Trip

Meet trip leader Dave Fries at Gate 2 (17676 Corral Hollow Road) of the Connolly Ranch at 8:00 a.m. The gate is on Corral Hollow Rd, just before the entrance to the OHV PARK. The Connolly’s have asked that we keep the numbers of cars to a minimum, so those coming from the Stockton area will meet at the old Toot Sweets parking area (4755 Quail Lakes Dr, Stockton, CA 95207) at 7:15 a.m. to form car pools. It’s extremely important to be at the gate on time, as once we enter, the gate will be closed and locked behind us. Expect to bird all morning then have a self provided picnic before leaving around 1:00 p.m. Wear boots as hiking in the hilly terrain can be difficult and rattlesnakes are abundant in this area.
